If I could give negative stars, I honestly would. Helping to do a move out this week and ordered two Philly papadias. Open first opening the box, i noticed it wasn 't folded properly which caused issue holding it properly. The inside of mine was only partially melted and all of the veggies were crunchy. I do not leave bad reviews. I know serving the public is not easy but when I have an experience that is absolutely outrageous I feel the need to warn others. I always give everyone the opportunity to fix an issue. Should've read these reviews beforeordering this location. We were delivered the wrong pizza. It had no meat on it. I usually avoid writing negative reviews because I understand how tough it can be to serve customers. However, after a particularly frustrating experience, I feel compelled to warn others. Unfortunately, I wish I had checked reviews before ordering from Papa John's. We received the wrong pizza without the toppings we ordered. When we called to report the issue, they promised to make a new pizza and deliver it but insisted on taking back the incorrect one. That wasn’t a problem since we didn’t want the meat pizza. My order was estimated to take 80 minutes and I called after it had been over an hour and a half to see what was taking so long. They said our pizza would be there 2 hours after we ordered so I asked for a discount or at least a credit and a male manager said no. I then just asked them to cancel our order and the manager hung up on me. Very unprofessional manager.

a cheese pizza for delivery tonight. the driver was friendly and it arrived exactly on time. the pizza was not soft and fluffy, as the box says. it was pretty hard as if it had been sitting on the heat shelf. flavor was ok. the 18.99 price tag was not worth tho. meh pizza. better customer service.
finally! a place that understands what is done well, and they even know to put on the beats. I am very grateful for the peeps that made my pizza so wonderful! I would have given 5 stars, but they can only get one big if they order thin crust on the works.
Ingredients are pretty good but the staff needs better training when they had their New York style pizza and I love a nice paper thin crust I barely got anything close to what real New York style pizza is make that crust thinner guys
The general manager of this location,Tyler is awesome. He?s friendly, makes excellent pizza, and has incredible customer service. I stopped going to the Ozark location and now go to Campbell just to get pizza from him. 5 stars!!!

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza in store. Was told it would take 30-45 minutes. Came back after 45 minutes and they couldn’t find my order. Had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes to get my pizza. Very disorganized place.
