Terrible experience all around at this papa johns I was actually shocked at how bad it was and how poorly I was treated. Ordered $50 worth of food 10/27 and they had door dash deliver HALF of it, and blamed me because I ordered through door dash.. no dbag, I ordered through papajohns website!! I wanted a refund but the manager who sounded like he was in highschool and was never taught how to talk to the general public said if he refunded me he would not send the rest of my food and well, the second half of my family still needed dinner so I opted to have the rest of my food that I paid for. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again as I have been suffering from food poisoning for the past two days. Just four hours after eating a wing and two slices of veggie pizza, I became sick. I used to work at Papa John's, where our kitchen was always clean and spotless. I am not sure what is happening in your kitchen, but it is crucial to ensure proper cleaning of your walk-in refrigerator, sanitizing of counters, and washing of hands. On a positive note, the delivery was fast and the driver was friendly, calling to inform us that he had arrived.
I went to order an item at Papa John's. The woman that waited on me was as nasty as she could ever be The man that fixed my order tossed around in the box. He was also nasty. They have a sign posted that says family owned and operated well. They had the same nasty stinking attitude. I will never go back to that location again and I suggested anybody else. Go to another location because they do have some good. Locations like Richard highway in Brooklyn, they're the best.

Just ordered pizza and wings from this location. It was awful it was poorly made. The wings were basically mush. The pizza looked like it was made by a 7 yr old. 40$ of food wasted. My children wouldn't even eat it.
All around love this place they have the best customer service an very friendly all around an the manager Dezi goes above an beyond I come from Glen Burnie just to get from there.
I’ve literally been stuck on hold checking on an order we placed 35 minutes ago for…16 minutes and counting. And that’s after making the call 4x — HORRIBLE customer service!!
The phone service was fast and friendly! When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and served a freshly baked, hot pizza.

Can't cut a pizza for nothing, you get big and small slices and that's if they even get your order
For the last 4 time we ordered they forgot something everytime.
