ZACH1 Had my order over the phone and very easy to understand about the phone, compared to some who really talk fast or mumble. Everyone in this Mt.Washington location was always polite and helpful. ZACH1 told me he would watch my 2 pizzas and make sure they were cooked something extra, as I had demanded. I said they were ready in 25 minutes and when I came there in 27 minutes, they were ready and waiting. Both pizzas looked great and cooked right! I would highly recommend this place and only able to do this when performing pickup. I saw some less than happy reviews on their delivery service, but there you have so many variables....but I can say the staff makes big pizza and other dishes so...
