My visit on March 13, 2020, was quite pleasant, although the service quality may fluctuate depending on the staff and the level of busyness. The pizzas I ordered were expertly made and generously topped. Both the pizza and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Considering the price, this place is unbeatable; many family-owned restaurants charge twice as much for the same or lower quality. Without a doubt, this is the best pizza spot in my area.
This used to be my favorite pizza spot, but they tried to overcharge me by $5. I typically visit once or twice a week. I ordered a small pizza and 10 pieces of chicken poppers, but they charged me $32 instead of $25. Sensing something was off, I asked for the receipt. It took them about 5 minutes to bring it over, and they had charged the small pizza at the medium price. I ended up just paying the extra $2, but I won’t be returning.
Satisfies your hunger when you need a quick meal. Don't expect it to compare to coal-fired or brick oven pizza, but considering it's just $13.99 for a large pizza with five toppings, it's a great deal. The staff are friendly, and there’s plenty of parking available. I typically place my order through the app and pick it up on my way home.
Extremely poor hygiene standards. The employee handled the pizza dough with bare hands without washing them, immediately after using their cellphone and operating the cash register. The online ordering system is incredibly convenient, enabling you to monitor the progress of your pizza, which is usually ready in about 30 minutes. The pickup process is smooth and straightforward, with parking available on the side. Plus, the staff is consistently friendly.
I always have a great experience with the service when I order from this specific Papa John’s. Their online ordering system is easy to use from start to finish.
