Normally me and my boyfriend enjoy eating Papa johns and we expect the same outcome everytime. You would think for $35 for boneless wings and pizza you should get nothing but a decent meal. Today we ordered our normal go to's and was saddened by the wings if you should even call them that (more like unseasoned chicken nuggets. For the price and the amount we paid for we got nothing but some dry, barely flavored wings. The pizza on the other hand was amazing! So I'll give credit where's it due. But do better and actually don't be afraid to give your customers what they would expect to be given after spending a pretty penny on food.
These people are so incompetent. Specifically the manager whom I spoke with and was of no help even though I had placed a significantly large order online. I called to confirm my choices immediately since their online was a little tricky. He immediately dismissed me and didn’t even bother to help me. He said you paid already not my problem it’s your fault. There was no effort to salvage such a large order just by confirming that I had indeed got what I wanted regarding toppings on all 6 pizzas so I canceled my order. Don’t go there do not recommend.
I recently placed an order and when the delivery driver arrived, he informed me of the total. When I handed him the full amount, he quietly mentioned, "15 minutes of driving for $30." It seemed like he was hinting at a tip, even though tipping is optional. While I sometimes tip, I believe it is inappropriate for someone to expect it and mention it directly. If you want to earn more money, consider finding a better job or furthering your education, rather than relying on tips from customers.
The pizza at this restaurant is consistently delicious. I come here at least once a week. It would be a 5-star rating, but every time we come to get food, there are homeless people or drug addicts trying to ask us for money. One person even pointed out the nearby ATM when we said we didn't have cash. I will continue to come back, but someone needs to tell them they can't sit outside the door. We offered them food, but they only asked for money.
P.S. The meatballs are amazing.

Horrible customer service and management, employees are usually high, and don’t care if you are lucky enough to get their attention with their phones and earpieces on so it really gives the franchise a bad rep! Avoid at all costs!Parking: Not much room to park at all if you’re lucky you’ll get a spot to get in and out if your order is ready.Kid-friendliness: No everyone’s high!Wheelchair accessibility: None if you need it.
The new calzone stuffed pizza was very disappointing...the crust have no ricotta and skimpy with the meat.
I received the incorrect order, even though my pizza was hot and delicious.
