I used to really enjoy Papa John's Pizza, but I recently observed that the employees are not wearing gloves. I saw a young woman handling food with her bare hands, including pulling out chicken. With COVID still being a concern, it's disappointing to witness such a lack of hygiene. Sadly, this will be my last order from them.
Very often, my pizza is not correct, even after clearly explaining how I want it. I have called before and they took care of me on giving me credit for my next order. However nothing has changed. I think I just may have to get pizza somewhere else..
This is one of the worst places to pick up food. I waited at the front counter for five minutes while the employees were in the back talking with their management team. No one even acknowledged my presence until I finally had to speak up.

I spent $40 on a pizza that was overcooked and only had 8 tiny slices. The amount of bacon on one half was disappointingly minimal. I was very let down and won't be coming back. It's a real shame.
Don't believe the text message when it says your order is ready. Waited for 30 minutes after I received the text message and the reason is that my pizza was lost!
The pizza was average at best, and I found the delivery fee of $30 for a single pizza to be quite steep. I won't be ordering from this place again.
