This was the worst delivery experience I've ever had, and I've ordered from this store at least 4 times before! I ordered in the app and tracked the delivery. The app tracking said it was delivered, and when we checked the front door for the food, it wasn't there. I checked the doorbell camera and it didn't show a delivery. I tried to call the store for 20 minutes with no answer. I was able to make contact with the ordering call center, but they were of no use. The call center tried to call the store with no success. The call center advised they couldn't refund my money and that I had to get that done with the store. How does one tell the restaurant of an issue if they don't answer? Kinda ri...
I strongly advise against visiting the Papa John's in Greenbelt. I called to place an order and mentioned that I would be using an official Papa John's fundraising card. When I inquired about the price of the stuffed crust pizza, the employee provided me with incorrect information, quoting a price that was higher than it should have been.
When I arrived to pick up my pizzas, I pointed out the pricing error. The fundraiser card offers a buy one get one free deal, so I expected to receive two pizzas for free after purchasing two. It's disappointing when you visit a local restaurant and receive poor service. It's hard to understand how they expect to stay in business under these circumstances. I ordered a Garden bowl from their website, and I believed I had selected "no cheese." When I called to fix the mistake, they told me it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. My receipt didn’t indicate that cheese was included, but they still refused to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable, and I won't be returning. I hope others think twice before going here as well.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews. But I was in this papa johns today with my husband. I have never been treated so bad in my life. I ask the young lady a question about tap and pay I was told to read the screen. I also ask her a question about a special. This young lady was so rude and disrespectful to me. I walked out and told her to cancel my order. She replied good. Please don’t purchase from this location.
