I wish I could give zero stars! Poor customer service from the Manager at this location! Ordered food and was told 40 mins. Hour and 15 mins later I called to check on my order Manager told me with a attitude that my order was on its way and they only had 1 driver that had other deliveries. Okay I can understand being understaffed and would of been cool with the pizza being late if she would have been apologetic or tried to offer any discount or a ounce of concern for the wait but NOPE! she comes right out the gate Rude and giving not one care in the world. I asked for a refund and she put me on hold for 15 mins. I called back and said to her Soooo you’re just going to leave me on hold!? She...

I placed an order for delivery and was told it would arrive in 50 minutes. After 75 minutes, I called and received a message saying the order was still confirmed for delivery. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, I called again and was informed that the kitchen was closed. My card was charged, but I never received my pizza. This was my first time trying Papa John's, and it will definitely be my last.

terrible experience at this place. I ordered a large pizza and a 2 liter pizza. the pizza was delivered and it tasted bland. had hardly any sauce or cheese. I called a refund and spoke to the manager who refused to pay back because I ate some of them. I'm not gonna order from here again. the customer service is terrible and eating is bad.

Worst Papa Johns I have ever eaten. They were 50 minutes late and only a 5 min drive from me. The bottom of the pizza was burnt and there is not a spec of tomato sauce on my pizza. The sauce that came with the cheese sticks tasted fermented. The only thing that was worth eating was the Chocolate chip cookie. Reserva una mesa ahora

Don't order a delivery order from this store. I order a delivery and they marked it as delivered and I didn't received an order. I called the store 20 times before they answer. All the told me is to make another order. Never buying from them ever..

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION. I called to see where my food was after an hour and they had not started making it yet. I was told it would be 20 min. Food finally showed about 2 hours late. I am located 5 minutes from the restaurant.

The delivery took one hour, with no apology given. The food arrived cold and looked unappetizing. Definitely will not be ordering from here again.
