Yesterday I ordered 4 pizzas from this location since they were having an offer on uber eats. I got 2 butter chicken and 2 the work pizzas. This was my first time ordering from here, so I was really excited. To my surprise, both the pizzas tasted very sour. I had heard many good things about the butter chicken pizza so I was taken aback when I tasted it. I still let it go thinking that this was a matter of taste. Everyone has different taste preferences so I shouldn’t complain. However, today morning my husband and I both got diarrhea. I ordered through uber eats. I saw that there is a BOGO pizza I called first their hot Line and see if they can replace the other pizza in too different kind but same PRICE AND since it’s also BOGO. The guy said THEY can DO THAT but I need to place the order first. I told him that better make sure before I place MY order ON the app. Eventually after I placed my order he said he cant take any changes on my order. wasn’t able for him to check so his going to transfer the call to the store. Then the lady answered and told me that they CANT replace it.First time i ordered here this would be the last. Poor customer service.and The food was disgusting. The sauce was too watery. And uneven cooked....
