We were genuinely impressed by the quality of the food at Papa John’s! Their ingredients are fresh and full of flavor, and honestly, I think it might even surpass Pizza Hut. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the delivery drivers were a bit unfriendly. When I greet them with a smile and a hello, I expect a polite response instead of a blank stare or a mumble. As a new customer who's spent quite a bit and tipped well, I’d appreciate a little more courtesy.

My husband visited Papa John's Pizza around 9:00 tonight. The young African American woman with braids was very rude and short with him. He ordered a vegetable pizza with half cheese. When he checked the pizza in his truck, he noticed that cheese was spread all over, not just on half. He went back inside to explain, and she responded, "I don’t want to argue with you." He wasn’t arguing; he simply wished her good night but received no response.
The service at this restaurant is outstanding and welcoming. Our pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes, and they thoughtfully provided napkins and plates. However, I was disappointed by their choice to sell Pepsi products, as I find those drinks unpalatable.

My order was prepared quickly and delivered fast. I want to give a shout-out to the General Manager for stepping in to help during a staffing shortage. They seem like a strong leader.
As always, this restaurant is perfect. The pepperoni was plentiful and my order was ready right on time. I have been coming to this place for nearly 8 years and it never disappoints.
