You know if you guys would get free delivery instead of charging for delivery and then adding the tip to the delivery charge I would be willing to pay the delivery driver a larger tip but when you add the delivery charge the prepaid tip that you add to the bill and the money I give him at the door and he doesn't get it all. You should give free delivery so we can tip the delivery driver more but you're charging me with my tip plus the prepaid tip and the delivery charge almost $11 the driver should get all this

Just had a NY style pizza and breadsticks delivered from the Iowa City store. It was perfection. Fast, hot, and quality. Haven't had a fast food pizza this good... ever. Highly recommend for delicious pizza and an affordable price. Customer service with Kasey was also excellent. Usually don't leave reviews, but a lot of times people only leave reviews to complain. We wanted to leave a good one because they earned it!

Took 6 different employees avoiding the front to HAND me my prepaid pizza. I ordered the parmesan crust, but was given a regular thin crust. I went back in and showed them the mistake. I was told I was incorrect even though it was very evident. Blandest rip-off of a $14 pizza I’ve ever received. I will be walking the extra 2 miles to Dominos for better pizza, prices, and service! Never returning.

This store is by far the most consistent fast food place I’ve ever frequented. I have almost never had an issue with my order, the food is very consistent and delivery is always super fast (and I live 10 min away, not next door). I rarely pick up my orders but the few times I have, the crew working has been super friendly and seemed happy to be there. Reserva una mesa ahora

Apart from being my favorite pizza, this place has nice staff at least when I’ve been there. I’m a door dash driver and was picking up an order for a client and saw that they had pizza slices for sale and wanted to buy one. One of the girls told the cashier to give it to me . What a nice gesture. TY

Asked for water cups and the cashier charged us $2.79 EACH for full drinks, didn't even ask us. Horrible customer service. The menu also doesn't have any prices listed and the receipts aren't itemized, so I had to look up an online order to find out that I was significantly overcharged.

The service was excellent I was surprised how fast the pizza came out time I drove there it was ready clean restaurant atmosphere was very nice. Next time in town I will order a pizza again love Papa John's

It was very good. Just a little disappointed that I didn't get any of the peppers. With the pizza and the brownies are super moist they fall apart. Reserva una mesa ahora

Be very careful, the stoners that work here confuse chicken and peperoni, sadly this affliction of cogitative hearing is repeated.
