Very disappointed. The website indicated my order (79040707: June 4th, 12:30) was ready, but when I arrived, the staff member asked me to wait. I ended up waiting for about 15-20 minutes. Despite the order supposedly being ready, she continued talking and did not serve me promptly. The behavior and service were very disappointing. I won’t be recommending this place anymore. I called to order a pizza because of special dietary needs. The woman on the phone said they only accept phone orders for pickup and that orders must be placed online. It’s unbelievable that this location is so determined to lose customers. I won’t be calling this Papa John’s again. Very dissatisfied. Service: Delivery Service: 1
