Pizza from here is usually pretty good for what it is. There’s an employee there by the name of Jack though he’s a real piece of. Owner if you read up on these reviews, you should really look into getting a new employee to replace him. I walked in to order a pizza a few minutes after 8 o’clock and was told that the lobby was closed so I walked back out to my car and called the store to place an order. I keep giving this centerville papa murphys location chance after chance and I don’t know why I do. First, they are always out of stock on something and then the pizza dough is always poorly shaped and sometimes your pizza will have no crust because of how bad the dough was shaped. It is a bunch of teenagers here which is not a bad thing but I don’t think they are being trained on how to give good quality food nor on customer service skills considering the fact that employees have literally argued in front of me on who gets to take my order. Honestly I’m disgusted these employees were brutal. As I watched them jam packed the older guy (assuming Manager) sat and talked down on his employees, belittled them, made horrible comments and was down right a jack a . He sat an horrible example to the staff and just sat there as other members of the staff did the same. The shortest boy cute kid sat there in tears as he was bullied. I will never support papa murpheys in centerville again. I did tip them 20.00 in hopes that sweet boy recieved something for his troubles. Where is the kindness in this world even… in stressful situations
I arrived at 8:30 on a Friday night, with hours posted for closing at 9:00 pm. The doors were locked. I started to leave but turned back as there were two employees inside cleaning up. Through the locked doors, I asked, “Aren’t you open until 9:00”? The taller of the two employees replied, “Technically, we CLOSE (he said with air quotes) at 9:00, but we have to lock up early to get cleaned up. I drove straight to the Bountiful location, where they greeted me, filled my order, and said “thank you for coming in”. Step it up, Centerville. I may need to return to Bountiful more often!!

Ordered a combo and a Hawaiian. The combo had what looks to be red sauerkraut instead of green onion. Changed the entire flavor of the pizza and not in a good way. The Hawaiian was on a thin crust when I ordered regular crust. Not happy. Not what I ordered. These are not difficult things to get right. Will not be coming back to this location.
The teenage boys that were working were not polite at all. I paid online and they literally screamed at me you have to pay as I was walking out. Like seriously you didn't realize it was an online order. I think there needs to be at least one adult in the building.
I was disappointed when they got my order wrong. Ordered a half and half, one side with the creamy garlic sauce and toppings and the other side with red sauce and toppings. Got creamy garlic on both sides. For the price, I'll be going elsewhere.

Oof, showed up to pick up my pre-paid pizza at 4pm and they were still doing pizzas from 2pm.
