I've visited Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza a couple of times recently with my son, and both experiences were excellent. The first time, I ordered a large garden veggie pizza and added pepperoni and Italian sausage. It was very flavorful, and I could tell the plain garden veggie pizza itself is delicious. The second visit, I got an extra-large pepperoni with extra pepperoni and extra cheese—absolutely perfect. My only critique is that they could improve their pizza wrapping to ensure it is fully sealed and not partially open on one side.
Interestingly, he said he didn't like pepperoni, but he kept devouring every slice of his cheese pizza! It turns out he simply prefers his pizza without any toppings. The flavor was amazing, and it was incredibly affordable at just $4! He was thrilled to take home the leftovers in his little Murphy box. I feel for the young employee working nights who is responsible for making the pizzas and handling the cash. Unfortunately, the customer service from the cashier left much to be desired. We were even asked to speak to him outside, which seemed unprofessional. There was a noticeable lack of communication, and the overall service felt quite casual. They really need to improve their performance and show more respect towards their customers.

I felt sorry for the young man working the night shift making pizzas next to the cashier. Unfortunately, the customer service from the cashier was very poor. He asked us to communicate with his customers outside instead of handling it himself. There was a noticeable lack of communication on his part, and he came across as quite indifferent. It would be nice if he could take his job more seriously and treat customers with greater respect.
Simple and fast online ordering or just a quick call. The pizzas are made to order with fresh ingredients. I love the salad options, dough, and other delicious choices they offer. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great pizza! Plus, you can't go wrong with a business that makes pumpkin-shaped pizzas! Maybe next year they could create a Christmas tree pizza for the holidays!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant! The staff lacked respect, and I was horrified to find mouse droppings and a dead cockroach in the corner while I was picking up my pizza. I will not be coming back!
