The quality of this restaurant has clearly declined. Prices have gone up, while the pizza sizes have shrunk significantly. I ordered a Chicago stuffed pizza that used to weigh 5 pounds, but now it’s down to just 2 pounds. It hardly feels like a real pizza anymore, and the price has increased by $5, now totaling $22. Other pizzas that once had a full pound of cheese no longer contain that much. When I voiced my concerns, a staff member told me that these changes were implemented by corporate.
We consistently enjoy fantastic pizzas from this place. The ingredients are always fresh, and the vegetables never look wilted. The staff is welcoming and has a wonderful sense of humor. I strongly recommend Papa Murphy's to anyone looking for that authentic homemade taste.
