The only thing that's consistent about this location is their ability to get your order wrong. I don't understand how I can repeat my order three times and they can repeat it back to me, yet it still comes out incomplete. I'm even planning to create a separate Google account to document this, as this is the third time it has happened. I clearly spoke to the manager who took my order, asking for a garlic chicken gourmet pizza with extra cheese and extra tomatoes. There is no extra cheese on the pizza, and not a single tomato. If anyone can find a tomato on it, I'll gladly send you $1,000 via Cash App.
Got there 20 minutes before they closed and off top the manager was extremely rude to my girlfriend when she was trying to place an order and said they were only doing pickup orders. So yes, I did flip the bird as we were leaving and he tried to approach me outside with another employee who actually is legally supposed to be wearing a hairnet while in the food service industry with long hair. He didn't have one at all. The manager was trying to yell s in the parking lot at me, even though he was in the wrong. If I could leave zero stars I would, and I don't plan on going back to this crappy location.
This is actually my favorite place for pizza takeout, but the customer service has really declined recently. It's difficult to understand the disrespectful teenagers who are working there, and they don't wear hair or beard nets. I even saw them taking out the garbage near the open food. What on earth is happening with the service lately? Customers are spending a lot of money for very poor quality.
