I placed my order, but while the dish was tasty, it wasn't prepared the same way as the last time I ordered it. I'm not sure if there's a new chef, but I suspect the misunderstanding stems from her. In previous calls, she misinterpreted my order several times and had to hand the phone over to someone else. I’m quite frustrated, and now I find they don’t even pick up the phone when I call. It feels very unprofessional.
As an update, her name is Pamela. After calling for 15 minutes with no response, she finally answered just one minute before closing time and pretended not to hear or understand me, claiming to be the manager. I find that very hard to believe.
I decided to give this restaurant another shot after my first visit when my crab bites were missing. Unfortunately, this time they sent me French fries that I didn't order, along with the wrong type of fish, and only one piece instead of two. The meal clearly stated it came with rice and vegetables, but that was also a miss. It’s disappointing to see such poor service towards customers who are trying to support the business. This will be the last time I order from here. I recommend spending your money where it’s valued.
I absolutely love this place! The food was incredible, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was truly exceptional. It felt like I was transported to another country. The décor is fabulous, and I will definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to others. Oh, and they have a stunning back terrace that's perfect for enjoying nice weather!
I won’t be ordering from this place again! This is my third attempt, and they still can’t get my order right. Items are always missing, and when I called to address the issue, the person who answered was rude and hung up on me. I've never received a refund or the missing items!

I ordered from this restaurant on New Year's Eve, and I had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it!
