The manager came over, looked at our dirty table, shook his head, and then walked away without addressing our request. We decided to move to a cleaner table in hopes of salvaging our experience. However, from our new spot, we could see the same cashier—who had been sipping from his drink—go to the back and grab some oranges to make our drinks without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Concerned, I approached him and asked if those oranges were for our drinks, to which he confirmed they were. That's when I noticed how unclean the blender was.

I visited this restaurant with my family yesterday, and everything was fantastic! The Karak tea was incredible, and the buns were exceptional. We tried both the Monalisa and pistachio buns, and each one was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning soon!
Bit pricey but tasty buns. Most of the items we tried to order were not available ex: good morning kaya, no banana etc)Ordered again, looks like management changed. Messed up my order and I believe I am over charged for a missed item. Anyways not going back. Poor service.
The buns are delicious and the Karak tea is refreshing but my issue has always been the wait time. Maybe my luck is such but many times I’m told tea is getting ready and will take time. They need to figure out how to serve tea quickly. Won’t be visiting anytime soon.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The buns were delicious, and the karak tea was delightful. I ordered the signature combo and tried their best-selling creation, the Mona Lisa. The barista, Syed, was excellent!
