The service and noise level really detracted from our meal. Similar to another review I read, we were served our main courses while still finishing our appetizers. I had specifically ordered the whole Bronzino, but the waiter brought out a fillet instead, insisting, “Sweetheart, that’s what you ordered.” My table all confirmed that this wasn’t the case. I said I’d wait for the correct dish to be prepared, but by the time I received mine, everyone else was already finished with their meals! For our main courses, we both opted for fish from the specials menu. My friend had the branzino filet, while I went with the blackened red snapper, generously topped with crabmeat and served alongside a small portion of tender mixed green vegetables. Both dishes were outstanding. We also shared a side of sautéed spinach. The desserts looked tempting, but neither of us are big dessert fans.
Overall, it was an excellent meal. The only downside of the evening, which was certainly not PR's fault, was a group of about 10 diners whose loud and inconsiderate behavior disrupted the dining experience for everyone. The food and service were excellent. The space is a bit cramped, but they make the most of the cozy atmosphere. It's a BYOB restaurant, which we unfortunately forgot about. Despite that, everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the apple pie (ish) dessert with ice cream—next time, I would ask for an extra scoop of ice cream since it would have complemented the dessert nicely. I recommend making reservations, as the place tends to fill up quickly.

We enjoyed a fantastic family dinner at Pappardelle, and it has officially made our list of favorite local restaurants. The dishes were incredibly delicious, and the service was outstanding. As you can see in the picture, the dish was so tasty that we nearly forgot to take a photo before digging in—it was already missing a piece! I also appreciate that they offer a variety of vegetarian options, which is a big plus for me!
I really enjoyed my experience here, and it seems like others did too, as the place was quite busy. The food and service were outstanding—it's rare for me to enjoy every course so much. I started with a delicious grilled octopus, followed by a thick, perfectly cooked veal chop for the main course, and finished with a delectable bread pudding for dessert. Everything was excellent. My boyfriend and I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is incredibly delicious and everything is homemade. The veal chop is to die for, and the homemade ricotta cheesecake is amazing. The service is always top-notch, making it feel just like dining in Italy. I highly recommend it!
Absolutely amazing! I can't believe my wife and I hadn't come here sooner. It has the inviting atmosphere of a cozy Italian restaurant in New York City, complete with a friendly and attentive staff and incredible food. We will definitely return!

The food was amazing, from octopus appetizer to Creme Brulee dessert. The great service and cozy atmosphere only enhanced the experience.
