Charge 1.99 to deliver, but don't actually deliver to your door but fail to mention it when ordering. When challenging this policy I was advised they only deliver to the lobby, which I said I paid for delivery to my door and everyone else delivered without a problem so this was a first but although unhappy I went to the lobby.....the problem with this was that the driver was still sat in his car on the phone, so he didn't even bother coming to the lobby I had to go look for him on the street.....He then handed me phone for The manager and he said we don't delivery to apartments so i explained his driver hasn't even bothered to come to lobby, ive had to find him down the road, the manager the...
Order regularly from dominoes until two weeks ago I got the wrong order- wasn’t too fussed so didn’t complain! Ordered Friday and received the correct order cold from Slough dominoes and when I opened the garlic pizza bread there was blue plastic hanging off the end of the pizza base. So disgusting and such a waste of money, we didn’t even eat it! Besides that, every time the delivery man comes, he rings when he is outside and asks you to come out and get it, or he will knock and walk back to the car for like 4 mins while you’re at the door waiting and he comes back up with the pizza! Why charge for delivery to your door when you’ve to go outside and meet the man for delivery!
I have no complaints about the service at this store, as the staff were quite friendly and the cookies were baked perfectly. However, I found the cookies to be extremely disappointing. They lacked sweetness and were overall very bland. I could only manage to eat half a cookie before deciding to discard the rest.
This restaurant is absolutely terrible! I ordered online and my food arrived burnt. When I called to complain, they promised a discount on my next order. When I tried to order again, they said there was no discount on my account. This place is a complete scam. Do not eat here.
