Eventually, a young woman with light-colored eyes came out chewing gum loudly and asked for my order. I requested a small bionico, which was advertised on the wall menu for $7. However, when she rang me up, the total came to almost $10. Thinking I must have misheard, I asked for clarification, and she snapped, “It’s $9.89!” I decided it wasn’t a big deal since the bionicos are really good, and I didn’t mind paying a little more. My experience was horrible a friend of mine went with his grandkids and daughter and these people were nothing but rude they wouldn't serve him or his kid because they didn't speak English how dad is that they also switched the open sign to closed and this was around 4 in the afternoon something should be done because you made a 5 year old cry imagine if it was the other way around and a white guy owned a business and wouldn't let people in because they didn't speak proper English he would be blasted all over the news and the internet would shut him down. My experience on 08/02/2022 was terrible. A friend of mine went with his daughter and grandchildren, and the staff were incredibly rude. So being National Taco day I thought I'd stop by and order 30 tacos for my office co-workers. The server flat out said no. I understand it was a large order, but I had no problem waiting outside. Still NO. I've had no problem ordering this many in the past. My company is just down the street and I will let them know. We have over 60 employees and after I spread the word they won't be back. I've lived and worked in the area over 20 years and I'm a regular at the Sportsman Lounge. I'm also letting them and their customers know as well. It wasn't like they were busy it was 10:20am. Wish the old owners were still around. Better food a few doors down El Rey's, and much more friendlier.

AMAZING food BUT poor customer service. The 2 guys working today 3/10/21 had no personality and looked miserable attending us. Being that it was our 1st time trying this place out, we were super excited! Till it was time for us to order. Besides that foodwas delicious. We got the hot cheeto supreme asada taco and hot cheeto corn. But id call ahead to see if they are out ofanything because on our 2nd visit they were all out of Asada. It's not like we lived around the corner, we're at least a hourdrive.
I traveled from Washington State and unfortunately spent a lot of money on food that was of very poor quality. When our meals arrived, they looked nothing like what was shown on the menu. The food had a stale taste, and the drink we ordered was watered down and lacked flavor. The restaurant itself was quite dirty, and the kitchen didn't appear to be clean either. I do NOT recommend this place! I don’t typically leave reviews, but this was a disappointing choice for a Mexican restaurant with a twist.

The restaurant is closed, but they didn't mention it in their voicemail or on their website. There hasn’t been any update for a while. We traveled from a few cities away, and now I'm disappointed. There was just a small sign posted, but nothing online to indicate they were closed.

Rude woman at the counter refused service after we ordered because we think I kissed my partner. Discrimination. The restaurant was dirty and I have reported to health department. My partner and I were disgusted at how gross kitchen was. Do NOT eat here if you value your health!
