Honestly, this is why I stick to my favorite restaurants and avoid trying new ones. This cheesesteak was a disappointment—more like a smashed burger with chopped beef than an actual cheesesteak. The flavor was completely missing. The only redeeming feature was the “caramelized onions,” which seemed like a cheap imitation. The chicken tasted like poorly breaded kids' tenders, not even good as finger food. And the soggy fries were just awful. How can a place known for cheesesteaks serve meals this bad?
