The ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic—the music, the design, and nearly every detail transport you back in time. The service was outstanding, and I enjoyed a wonderful view of the terminal. The food was decent, though I expected more given the prices. My favorite dish was the Crispy Salmon. The sorbet had a peculiar texture, but it was still enjoyable. The citrus flavor in the Caesar salad was a bit odd. Overall, it was a good experience. I wish there were a 4.5-star option because a rating of 4 doesn't quite reflect my experience. It definitely wasn't a full 5 stars, though.
The fillet and hake were exceptional, but I can’t wait to return to try more dishes. The crispy Salmon Sushi is undeniably one of my all-time favorite appetizers. Highly recommended! The wine and cocktail selections complement the meals perfectly. If you can, try to go before your flight—it really adds an element of fun to air travel. If you stay overnight, don't miss breakfast; it's a truly magical experience.
