I cannot recommend this restaurant! The food was overly greasy, and the customer service left much to be desired. While the bussing staff were courteous, the management was quite rude. I witnessed an incident where a tall manager yelled at an elderly customer in front of everyone. The gentleman was simply asking a question, and the manager responded, “You are not my boss. I don’t have to listen to you or talk to you.” Even after the customer addressed a higher-up manager, there was no apology; he dismissed the situation and took a phone call instead. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere and service were excellent. I ordered the shrimp kabob, which was delicious, while my husband enjoyed the ground beef kabob, and it was absolutely amazing. Our server, Omid, was attentive and friendly. You definitely won’t be disappointed if you choose to dine here.
I have visited here a few times and really enjoy the food. The restaurant is very small and can feel a little tight but the staff is very nice and pleasant. Very attentive and professional. A family atmosphere.
We chose Parisa East and visited on Tuesday night. Our experience was fantastic, from the delicious food to the outstanding customer service. We will definitely return this weekend!
