Last weekend, I had the pleasure of dining at Park West Diner and experienced one of the most exceptional waiter services in my life. Belal, our server for the evening, left such a lasting impression on us that I feel compelled to write this review and share my experience.From the moment we arrived, Belal greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Horrible experience. On fathers day, we ordered food to pick up, not only did they mess up the order but also charged me for an item that wasn't even in the bag. We found out at the table that the order is wrong, had to drive back and ask for the missing item. Fathers day breakfast ruined.This is unacceptable for a well established dinner. How is it possible that people who work there are unable to properly take a phone order?

I always have a good, satisfying meal at Park West Diner since I grown up in Totowa. This is a family-owned restaurant, and they really care that the food they serve is done right. Even though I had moved away, I still go back for my favorite dish, Moussaka once or twice a month. It always tastes as good as the first time I tried it 37 years ago.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp goes directly to the front door.

Traditional diner spot with attentive staff who are quick for refills and checking on you. Reminds me of growing up and going to NYC diners and the quality of the food is up to par. The coffee here is good as well, not burnt like you usually get. Portion size is HUGE, I definitely recommend the homemade muffins. Italian omelet with the spicy sausage is unique and hot!

I pass by this diner sometimes but this was my first time here. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good, the menu options very good, and the prices were even a little lower than other diners in the area.Vegetarian options: A far number of vegetarian options.

The food and the experience was great. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the windows absorbed heat like crazy and the room was uncomfortably hot. When we mentioned this they did close the shades which helped but it was still very hot

Fresh food, fabulous taste, and great cost!I ordered bacon, Belgium waffles, and a bowl of fresh fruit. Waffles were crispy on the outside and smoothe (not gummy) on the inside. First time going but not my last.Food: 5/5

The He-Man breakfast is my way, it is a very nice portion and together with its delicious coffee makes the perfect meal. The waitress suggested we try the baklava cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious.
