Unfortunately, our troubles began early in the evening. A random server brought us some bread, and we waited for 20 minutes without seeing our assigned waiter. Eventually, we had to summon him, at which point we requested the menu, but he disappeared again right after. We found ourselves waiting another 20 minutes before we had to call him over again to take our order. When he finally returned, everything felt rushed.
To make matters worse, the only time he came back was to deliver the check, which included an automatic gratuity because we were a large group. Being part of a large party is no excuse for poor service, and the experience was particularly disappointing since it was my birthday...

This restaurant is amazing! From the food to the service, everything was exceptional. I attended a private event there and couldn’t find anything to complain about. As someone who isn’t from the area, I got a little lost, but the owner kindly took the time to personally guide me to the restaurant—how impressive is that? Passione Della Cucina offers delicious food, generous portions, and plenty of space. The staff are warm and welcoming, creating a wonderful atmosphere. I’ve celebrated many Christmas Eves and special occasions here. What means the most to me is how the owners went out of their way to open especially for my family during my mom’s funeral. That’s why this place is my favorite—it's about so much more than just the food.

Despite having a reservation, we waited 45 minutes to be seated. The host was rude, and so was the waiter. I asked three times for ice water and still never received it. The noise level was unbearable, comparable to an indoor basketball game. The service was terrible. I will not be returning.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant with my wife and two kids. Despite their closing time, they kindly welcomed us. The food was excellent, and our server, Jose, was outstanding—very friendly and personable. My family and I are definitely excited to return!
