Pasta Volo - Reservar una mesa

As a vegan mom with 2 vegan kids on a off season weekdays getaway in Asbury Park, I was quite worried about what kind of food we could find. That was before we tried Pasta Volo. Not a romantic place, more a very casual/fastfood atmosphere BUT the food is amazing. You have a sheet to write and check the options you want (vegan pesto is so so good and you can add as many as you want. They have 2 vegan cheese : vegan mozza and vegan smocked mozza which are both really good. It's not expensive, delicious and the staff is really nice. We liked it so much that we went twice in 2 days! :D It will be my go to place if I come back in Asbury Park.

This place is the BEST. Homemade pasta, served however you want it, for real cheap??? Say no more! I'd definitely recommend the pesto with sun dried tomatoes and spinach, that's usually my go to combo. You get a LOT of pasta for very few bucks. It's served to go in a box, so don't expect super fancy looks, but don't be fooled, it is delicious!!! Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options! Including vegan ricotta cheese (which I have on good authority is very tasty)

Chicken alfredo and the Mac and cheese is delicious. Always ask for extra sauce though. I love ordering this and bringing it up to eat on the boardwalk with friends. quick, affordable, consistently great pasta! only downside is they have semi weird hours

served vegan options. a kind of subway set up, where they pick up every ingredient at the counter, but everything is super fresh and clear. they have vegan pesto, make it own vegan cheese and are super beautiful

Absolutely amazing food! Safe to eat the GF fettuccine for those with Celiac like me.
