Pat a Pain is an expanded boulangerie chain in central France. It presently opens at 6:30 but this sometimes changes. I use to open at 6:00 AM but once I arrived at 6:15 and the sign had been changed to 6:30. Once I arrived at 6:45 and the sign had been changed to 7:00. Now it is back to 6:30 again. I do wish the website would post the opening times if they are going to change. However, you can get the usual Boulangerie fair as well as sandwiches and great salads. Most of the restaurants have wifi, so it is great for travelers.
