I ordered strawberry, almond, and matcha mochi cubes, and I absolutely loved the strawberry flavor! The crispy exterior encased a delicious custard and strawberry cream, topped with fresh strawberry slices – truly delightful! The sauce was light and flavorful, with a lovely pulpy texture. The mochi cubes were decent; they didn't have the crispy texture I expected, but the matcha cream was light and clearly made with high-quality matcha powder. As for the almond flavor, it was a bit too rich for my taste, but still enjoyable.

This was my first time having this pastry and it was so delightful. The closest thing I've had was a cream puff from Beard Papa but I think Pate a Choux is better, although I know they are different things! The best words I could use to describe this is like a cream puff but with a cookie crust. It was absolutely my favorite part biting into those crunchy bits. The vanilla custard inside was so smooth and not too sweet. I would come here again but it's in a half dead mall. Hopefully they can relocate somewhere else soon.

Came here around 4pm on a Sunday. There was no line, but they were sold out on half of the specialty puffs. The specialty puffs are premade and the normal ones are made to order: you can choose between a chocolate choux and an original choux as the base and pick a flavor for the cream filling. We got a nutella sea salt puff a matcha one. They were pretty mediocre. Not sure I get the hype about this place, but I guess they're cheap. The puffs also don't seem to sit well over time tasted sour by the next morning.

I finally had the chance to try the cream puffs at the Tanforan mall. The place is spacious, although I noticed there weren't many tables available. I ordered the matcha cream puff, and while I found the matcha flavor to be a bit understated, it was still sweet. My favorite part was definitely the outer shell; the puff itself was delicious, crispy, and full of flavor. Next time, I plan to try the vanilla flavor. Reserva una mesa ahora

Every one we ordered Original (Black sesame), Original Choux (Matcha), Original Vanilla Mochi brûlée, Original Choux (Vanilla), Nutella roasted almond, Creme strawberry was super delicious. Tge dough was thin and light, the filling not very sweet and very tasty! We had company and shared them all. I strongly recommend for any occasion!.

The cream puffs were light and just the right amount of sweetness for my taste. I tried both the original and chocolate flavors, along with some various others, and I loved every one of them. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

I used to absolutely love their puffs and would go out of my way to drive there just to enjoy them. However, I was disappointed to discover that the amount of cream has been cut down by half.

I'm completely hooked on Pâte à Choux! I adore their vanilla cream and the generous amount of filling in each one. The mochi cube is also a must-try! Reserva una mesa ahora

The high quality and delicious Choux Cream that is comparable, if not better, than Beard Papa. I love the variety of the flavors here.
