Degust tonight the Christmas ball with the maroons, a real delight! Little sweet, the gingerbread and chestnut combine perfectly, all wrapped in this light foam, a little happiness. Congratulations!

Nothing exceptional. A good Paris Brest but not the best of my life. Being the inventor of Paris Brest we could expect much better. It’s good, but like any bakery. Overall disappointed
