Regular customers, we ordered a cake for 8 people for my son’s birthday. I took the trouble to call and go to the Locmiquelic store to make sure that the order had been registered (and the young man had noted well. On arrival my father finds himself on Sunday noon with a cake of 6 people without possibility of rectification because the shop closes and is closed on Monday. I paid in advance, he was stuck! Cerise on the cake, the birthday plate was not made... very certainly because the cake is frozen and not made to order! There was certainly a commercial gesture by offering a second cake... always frozen! Frankly, if I want frozen cakes, I'm going to Picard's house and not a patissier!
