Patrick Jeffroy - Reserva de mesa

We have visited this restaurant before when Patrick Jeffroy was chef so we were interested to see what Nicholas would be producing and he certainly didn’t disappoint. The fresh, clean flavours he gets out of the amazing local produce is a triumph. The pre-dessert which was not listed was a particular highlight cleansing the palate with an inventive use of fresh apple, and his new rhubarb dessert was sublime and left me grinning all the way home. Nicholas may not have his 2nd star just yet but the meal gets a 5 star review from me. Front of house was also excellent with a service that was impeccably professional but not overbearing. Tres bien! We had a lovely moment and truly delicious lunch at a very good value in comparison to other star establishment. Great detail towards allergies, magnificent views over the beautiful bay efficient service well presented food and nice and warm . There was one point of surprise and that was that the food was served before the wine so I waited a while for the sommelier but he did not turn up so I poured the lovely wine myself as if I was at home... We look forward to a next occasion!

We were welcomed warmly to to the restaurant and given a table with a lovely view of the Baie de Morlaix. We chose a fixed menu and found every item brought to us as exceptionally innovative and well prepared, with a combination of tastes which were cleverly balanced and finely judged, including a variety of interesting amuses bouches. Service was prompt and yet unobtrusive.

Its not cheap, but then the food is of incredibly good quality. Match that with an unforgettable sea view and impeccably good, relaxed but precise service and its worth every penny.

an excellent evening, refined dishes and a rich meal. Unmatched view. Two funny mouths, one all wanted. the fish (barbue and yellow) was excellent as well as desserts.
