THE BEST CHEESE STEAKS AT THE JERSEY SHORE!!!! Extremely friendly staff feels like it is family run. Sometimes cheese steaks have dry crispy bread, sometimes the bread is just too soft. My cheese steak experience at Pat's was right up there with the best of Philly! My cheese steak had awesome soft, slightly chewy bread with just the right amount of crispy crust. The steak was juicy and smelled wonderful as they cooked it. Most places skimp on the cheese. Not at Pat's... Mine had plenty of cheese. I know you could order pizza and other Italian fair at Pat's. Best cheese steaks around!!! Including philly itself!!! Prove me wrong!!!! Years ago, there was a good cheese steak everywhere... Then everyone began cutting quality corners. Not Pat's!!!! Everyone else serves sub-par food and Pat's has people standing in line, in the rain to get quality... People just don't know quality.. after all, Wawa was voted the best sandwich in new jersey a year or so ago. You gotta be kidding. They paid somebody off.
Went here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon to see if the cheesesteaks lived up to the Top10 rating in NJ recently received. And, they did not disappoint!!! Fresh bread, fresh cooked and tasty!!! Somewhat crowded and steady flow of take out customers but food was ready in a reasonable time. Decor looks like it may have been original in this small strip mall but all very clean. Bonus… right across the street from Point Creamery to get dessert.
Perfect pizza and great steaks! Pat's special is on a whole other level. Honestly this is the standard I use for pizza and hoagies. Pizza has thin crust that's crispy and will hold itself together, a good bite and cheese pull to finish it off. And fresh baked bread *chef's kiss* is what really sets the cheese steak apart from others

Pat's Pizza makes the best pizza and the best Philly Cheese Steaks EVER. Check the mouth watering Cheese steak pictures of my 2 visits there. Amazing staff that listens to the way you want your food put together... I highly recommend Pat's and can't wait to go back again.

Excellent cheese steak! Perfect bread and filling. Pizza was also good. Could be a little crispier imho. They have much more meatballs, sausage, mussels, etc. Nobody in by 11:20, but busy by 12:00. Nice people.
New favorite cheese steak in the area! The chicken parm with extra sauce and cheese is also pretty good. The biff chicken pizza was just OK. I'd be willing to give a regular slice a try next time.
