First time going and the staff and owner are very friendly. Pictures are Fried pork chops (a little dry but great flavor with baked potatoe and green beans, marinated chicken with zucchini, squash and tomatoes over angle hair pasta (not sure what the chicken was marinated in but it was an average pasta dish , and roles. Desert was apple pie with ice cream. We had meatball appetizer, sorry forgot to take picture, the meatballs were dry and had to much pepper but over all not bad. The house made blue cheese dressing was really good. We will go back to have steak because they are a steak house so that may make me change my star rating :
Absolutely wonderful culinary experience! I was in town to be with family and a friend beat Pat 's. I'm going to the Louisville restaurant. The building is very historical and the ambience is quintessible for a steak house. The shares were large and very reasonable compared to any other similar institution. The drinks were well made and the steaks perfectly cooked. Do not miss the homemade blue cheese salad dressing! The deserts were excellent and the whole staff was friendly... even the owner stopped at the table to make sure everything was satisfactory. Family really had a unique culinary experience.
Had only a wonderful food here as a kick from a guys Bourbon Trail Tourism weekend. Excellent representation of old hospitality and restaurant sensuality. Very friendly staff and a family vibe. Steaks were delicious, and great homemade blue cheese dressing for your salad. Then some delicious cakes melt in your mouth to complete it all. Wouldn't have had a better meal. The four of us were blown away. Thank you.
Everything from the Bourbon at the bar, to the steaks and seafood was delicious. The experience was perfect, even hit Pat, who had personally cut the steaks an hour before our arrival. Pat even took a picture with us. Back this year for MATS 2023

Beautiful old style decor, dark wood panel walls, green jacket wearing servers. Felt like I could be in an old Chicago family steakhouse. Amazing food, steak was perfect!
Friendly and nice atmosphere, but the food wasn?t very good. Salmon had very little flavor and the NY strip didn?t have much flavor at all. Sweet potato fries were good.
Great service, good food. Anyway, eat here again. It is obviously a very long time in business and there is a reason for that. My steak was delicious!
I want to preface this review by saying the customer service at this place is fantastic, all the way to the owner, Pat Very, very kind people.
