The food here belies the surrounds. The Vietnamese owners have a simple menu of 20 or so dishes and they are all home made and better than nearly any restaurant you will ever eat in, in Australia or Viet Nam! The yellow coconut curry chicken is subtle and tasty, with beautiful root vegetables as well as chunky chicken. The ban xeo (vietnamese pancack) is authentic and superb, and the roast pork is to die for. Great (i mean great) coffee, cakes and pies. This cafe is a true discovery, and is great value. Service is also great.
They sell Crispy Pork Vietnamese Rolls . I asked to have mine as a Sandwich which they happily did. The bread is so soft and not as messy as Roll. Best Sandwich I have had, Had a Mocca Coffee which was so Yummy as well. I live in Seaford and am pleased to drive down there for a good meal. Looking forward to tasting more meals from here. Also the Cafe has people always going in and out for Take-Away Lunch. A very Popular Place.
Been coming here for a bit to get lunch.Never been let down by the quality, I don't like Pho myself, by I am told by by my regular lunch partner that you can't go past it.I have tried most other dishes, and cannot find fault with any of them.Well worth the 15 drive for a lunch run!
I love this place. I have coffee here every friday with my friends. Any opportunity i can i grab the stirfry for dinner when i am on night shift. Great meals, friendly staff and just a great place to dine and meet friends.

These guys are so friendly and do fabulous egg and bacon rolls. Great coffee and Mochas. Certainly at patterson Lakes the most friendly and welcoming. Its become our go to for saturday and sunday brunch hangover cookups.
Food here never disappoints. I crave their chicken green curry. The team there are so so friendly and welcoming. Frequent visits for take away never ever disappointed.

Love eating here the breakfast is simple but full of flavour and the Vermicelli salads are my favourite. The staff are friendly are welcoming.
