I've dined there several times and typically experience a wait of about 45 minutes on weekend evenings. The linguini with clam sauce is excellent, although I would have preferred a little less clam juice (which I asked the waitress to drain off for my leftovers). The side salad I ordered was priced separately from the main dish. While the price of my main meal is similar to what you'd find at a national chain restaurant nearby, the chain doesn't charge extra for a side salad. They do offer a wide variety of dessert options, though.

we have been here twice during a visit in the past month. the chickens are light and delicious. the venous part was a little small to dinner. I'd rather be charged a little more for a better part, but it was well prepared. another night I tried the pan meerrot scalopps with risotto; again, delicious! we have a piece of chocolate cake for the desert. it was perfect. beautiful atmosphere and great staff. they will be glad that they have tried patty b’s!

I don't typically enjoy Italian food that much, but this place is one of my favorites on the seacoast. It makes me crave more Italian dishes! The marinara sauce is delicious, and the lasagna is fantastic. The Parmesan chicken is among the best I've ever had. While the service is just okay, the food is so good that I keep returning.

The main dish was generous but not exceptional. I ordered the veal parmesan, which was overcooked, and the breading had an old, musty taste. The dessert selection was impressive and enjoyable. However, the staff seemed overwhelmed. This was our first visit with another couple, and we likely won't be coming back.

Nice find (albeit a little expensive) for an Italian Farmhouse concept. Food was good eggplant Parm and the staff was attentive. Was it the best ? Not sure. Was it like Italian from The North End ? No, but then again, I may not have developed a palate sophisticated enough to really know.

Fantastic service and a wonderful spot for gathering with family and friends. Ample parking available, along with a wide selection of delicious food. The drinks are refreshing, and the desserts are outstanding. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming.

Every meal I've had at Patty B's with friends or family has been outstanding. The desserts are incredible, and the service is top-notch. This place is quite popular and tends to be busy, so be prepared to wait.

Outstanding service and food. When you say to your waitress and the owner you feel like you're in your Nana's kitchen at least three times, you know it's good.

I ordered a lemonchello cake for my daughter's birthday, they even put her name and happy birthday on it.
