After seeing all the rave reviews, I confidently ordered two cold subs and a specialty pizza from Paulo's. Unfortunately, the pizza crust was quite disappointing—dry and crunchy, with an excess of flour dust on the bottom that was unappetizing. The sub rolls were stale, and the fillings were lackluster. I wouldn't mind spending $50 if the food had been good. On a positive note, the customer service was top-notch, both over the phone and in person! In comparison, I recently went to happy hour at our local pub and enjoyed five drinks, soup, and two lunches for the same price, and it was fantastic. Sadly, I don't think we'll be giving Paulo's another try.
The estimated delivery time was 45-60 minutes, which we were fine with. However, the food arrived after 75 minutes and was ice cold! When we called to address the issue, we received no compensation at all. The best suggestion they could offer was to just heat it up in the microwave! We won’t be returning.
This was my first time ordering after relocating, and I absolutely loved it! The cheesesteak was perfect, and the pizza was fantastic. I'm quite particular about pizza and takeout in general, so I'm really thrilled to have found this spot. I will definitely be ordering from here regularly.
We visited this restaurant last night and had a fantastic experience! We ordered a large specialty pizza, and it exceeded our expectations. We haven't had much luck finding good pizza in the area, so this was a pleasant surprise. We'll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu!

Absolutely delicious every time! I highly recommend the Steak Bomb and suggest trying the spicy mac as well. I've experienced fast delivery every time I've placed an order.
