Mixed feelings about our recent visit to this Mexican restaurant. The experience was concerning from the moment we walked in, with a hostess who didn 't even greet us, instead silently staring until we mentioned our reservation. Her only words were follow me no welcome, no pleasantries, setting an unwelcoming tone from the start. We went to Pecado Mexican on a Saturday in August for brunch. The restaurant has a charming atmosphere and is quite spacious, with an outdoor terrace in the back where we sat. The fans made it comfortable, but on a hotter day, it might have been too warm. The food was decent but underwhelming. We tried the chorizo hash and the tres leches French toast. While the flavors were okay, they didn't stand out, and the French toast bread was stale. As for drinks, we ordered the Paloma and the Firing Squad, but both were watered down and disappointing. Service was neutral...not particularly attentive or memorable. Overall, I wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend this spot.
Went with my favorite person for an early dinner, we loved The ambience. Made us feel like we were in another country. The staff was pleasant and professional, attentive and courteous one of them was Jessica. The food was exquisite and the drinks were exceptional. Drinks were good with a decent amount of alchohol (not watered down). The coconut Margarita was tasty, the chicken quesadillas were delicious. You can tell they use good quality, fresh ingredients, although I wish they would've added more chicken???????????.
