5 stars for employees only Employees there are good people and that’s usually a sign of success. Apparently management is super bad. New faces almost every day for past two weeks and that’s a pretty big indication of lack of management. Treat them with love and respect. Sad! Get better!
As the only major coffee chain recognized by the Smithsonian for its bird-friendly coffee, Peet's really sets itself apart. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the staff are always exceptionally friendly.
I absolutely adore Peet's Coffee. The coffee is rich and flavorful, and they truly know how to steam milk perfectly. My favorite item on the menu is the Latte Macchiato.
