Update : Awful service through and through. The app has started malfunctioning terribly, it will send orders to other stores with out notifying you. On the second time of this happening this location refused to even make my drink. Go to a local shop, they have no interest in serving you. It's alright. The drinks are fine and the staff is friendly but they're perpetually running behind. I'm sure it's more of a matter of being short staffed than any particular failing on the part of the staff but I've never had a mobile order run on time here. Typically peets is on time for orders but not this one.
asked for a specific drink to me served to me spoke to the cashier several times bout my order the barrister didn’t have the order she stated it was labeled from cashier after going back to the cashier the “ manager” Robin interrupted our interaction n became intrigued by her own semantics to dismiss me rather than being respectful n empathic my order still was resolved to my specifications
Serves best tasting Peet's coffee in the East Bay. Very consistently good. I've been drinking Peet's for over 30 years so I think I know what I'm talking about. I drive from Oakland even though there are 2 Peet's within a 1/2 mile from my house. Fruitvale is good. Lakeshore they don't care what the coffee tastes like.
They won’t even provide straws or cup sleeves for customers to grab.. you have to wait and ask to have a straw with your cold drink or a sleeve for your hot drink.. then they get mad at you for trying to grab one.. absolutely terrible

Peet's is a Bay area standard, and this one is pretty good, usually empty, and clean. No complaints!Parking: There is a small lot in the back but I'm not sure if it's pay or not. Maybe 20 spaces?
Cool local coffee shop. Welcoming and chill environment. Chairs to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee ?? and a pastry
I had the bacon and cheddar brioche and a hibiscus tea. It was good! I've never been to this Pete's before.
