This is a truly authentic old-school bakery. The cookies are delicious, and the custom-order cakes are great. Their eclairs, napoleons, and tarts are fantastic—just as good as anything I've tasted in the five boroughs. It's a warm and friendly family-run business, and it's heartwarming to see lines of customers ordering for family meals and special events. They even have coils of string hanging from the ceiling for tying up your special treats! Highly recommended.
I have been going to this bakery since I was a little girl my family owns the shop next to it. I live out of state and every visit to new York I make sure I stop here and bring things home for the family and kids. They are absolutely amazing and the best bakery I have been to they are very kind and the sweets are amazing. It will always out beat any store bought item. Thankyou for staying open and making wonderful sweets.
The owner is so grumpy and unfriendly, i felt like he didnt even want me in the store. We ordered a pumpkin pie, it was honestly so delicious...everything here looks and smells so great but i would probably take my business to fleetwood bakery because i felt so unwelcome. Its a shame because its a really nice looking mom and pop bakery.
Pelham Bakery is a hidden gem. Paul's doing an amazing job. He's an old Italian baker. Everything we absolutely delicious and always fresh. Also its prices are very affordable. Try him out... as much better than all new bakeries. You'll thank me later! Reserva una mesa ahora
