I’ve been coming here since I was a kid in the 60s, always looking forward to eating at this diner. I even remember the original Penn Queen Diner sign with little mechanical hula dancers on top of a rotating crown, lit up with neon flashing bulbs. It's been an iconic landmark in Pennsauken, known for its great food and service, for over fifty years (yes, that makes me feel old). I’ve visited about two or three times in the past six months, and I’m not sure what’s happening here, which is really disappointing. Their attitudes are off-putting, and the atmosphere is dark and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the food we received during our visit was simply terrible. They've succeeded in transforming what used to be a beloved diner into a dismal spot that feels like a backstreet dive. I could go on about how disappointed I am, and I'm not alone in this sentiment—many others feel the same way. As for the people who have given this place better reviews, I can’t imagine what sort of establishments they’re used to dining at. My family, friends, and other locals used to enjoy great meals here, and it’s heartbreaking to see how far it has fallen. I do want to mention that the waitresses were attentive...

Before the new owners took over, I used to visit Penn Queen Diner frequently. Now, it’s no longer a place I want to go. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl, and it breaks my heart to see a beloved diner decline so quickly after the change in ownership. In the initial visits after the transition, it seemed like the diner was in capable hands since the previous owners were still involved. However, things took a turn for the worse after that. When they started messing up classic diner dishes like grilled cheese, it really turned me off from returning. It’s truly disheartening to drive by now and see the once-great Penn Queen Diner continually closed.

I absolutely love the food at Penn Queen Diner. Every time I visit, I am greeted with a warm welcome, and the owner is incredibly friendly. I've brought many family members to the diner, and whenever they're in town, they always want to go back because they love the food just as much as I do. Reserva una mesa ahora

I have breakfast at Penn Queen almost every day, and it's always fantastic. Kim goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcome, and Nicole is always cheerful. I highly recommend visiting Penn Queen!
