Unfortunately very unfriendly and not binding. We were promised a room where we could check out an hour later for an extra charge. When I asked the next day when we had to check in on the day of arrival (to make sure that the room would not be canceled in the event of a delay in checking in), the owner simply replied that I should book a room somewhere else. My booking for one night from Friday to Saturday is obviously not as lucrative as a booking for the entire weekend.
