Pepe And Chepito's Tacos

Stopped by for taco Tuesday. The interior is very nice and clean, surprisingly so considering the strip mall it resides in. The cashier/server was very nice and the food came out quickly. I had three street tacos; chicken, Al pastor, and grilled fish. The chicken and Al pastor were 50 cents off for taco Tuesday, but the fish was regularly priced. I really liked the fish taco, but found the chicken and Al pastor to be a little bland. The Al pastor was better than the chicken, but a little too greasy I think. Overall, the service and ambiance were great, but the food was average. I would like to come back to try the grilled fish burrito though.

We ordered online, and everything was great! It was ready on time, all orders were accurate. The portions are big, the food was hot, fresh, and well seasoned. The street tacos are loaded with meat. All meats were cooked perfectly. All their sauces are flavorful. Zero complaints. It's so nice to have a good, authentic Mexican restaurant in this neighborhood. No more going downtown for good Mexican food. Don't miss this hidden gem!

I just ordered a bean and cheese burrito. The food was different. The beans were not very good The burrito didn't taste like it usually does. The cheese was not melted either. The hot green sausa verde was like water and no flavor. I poured it out. What is going on with your flavor and quality???? I usually Love your food but tonight it was low quality. I could have gone to Great Mex or somewhere else??????

This place is good! Not incredibly authentic but the food came out fast and the service is great- everyone is very nice! I was offered chips and salsa on the house for dining in : Walkable from campus and they have good happy hour deals (and they take Apple Pay! Might be better for a quick bite or to go- there's four tables and a counter with seating so it's a bit small but it gets the job done! Reserva una mesa ahora

Seems like they changed their asada meat since opening. It is now bland and hard. Initially liked them when they had just opened and I’ve gone back to see if the meat would improve but no. Asada is not worth your money, nor are the burritos in general. I will say their ceviche is good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

This could be my new favorite place for a Cali burrito! It was really cheesy, the fries were fresh, and the steak was well-seasoned. I especially loved the green salsa; it has a nice kick to it.

The food is so delicious and the staff is the greatest. I love the service and how helpful they are when trying to decide what the wifey should get lol overall the best Mexican food I've tried.

Delivery food was good but paid and ordered extra meat in burrito and did not have more meat than rice or beans. Meat costs more but didn't feel I got more for the price.Salsas were good! Reserva una mesa ahora

This is one of the top places in Long Beach for delicious Mexican cuisine. The food is fresh, authentic, and satisfying! I really love everything about it!

The food was decent, but you can get better value for your money at taco trucks, especially with their unlimited condiments.
