I love Pepper Lunch mainly because when I lived in Southeast Asia this was my go to! Once I moved to LA, I was so happy to see it here as well! With COVID and the lockdowns, I never got a chance to go until now! During peak times, there can be a wait but it's usually not too long. Put your name down and wait outside! There's some seating in the patio area and quite a bit of seating inside. However, during peak times- it may not be enough! I took my kids and wanted my usual which is the classic pepper beef rice. I add some garlic chips and mushrooms on top which were so good! My sons got the chicken teriyaki and really liked it! The food comes out on sizzling hot plates which make the food so...

We went to this restaurant for linner on a Thursday afternoon with a party of seven. The staff refused to give us a table for seven until everyone had arrived, which we found strange as the restaurant was nearly empty. However, we understood that it was a small place with only a few tables. The beef rice plate was tasty but the portion was very small. Overall, the service and food were both rated a 4 out of 5, while the atmosphere was given a 3 out of 5. The price per person was between $10 and $20.

I regret not taking a photo. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a restaurant. There was barely enough meat, and the portion of rice did not match the portion of meat. I thought I would enjoy it, but this will be my first and last visit for sure. I recommend going to GEN instead to get your money's worth because this place is not worth it.

The unique concept is interesting, I suppose. Quick-service food served on a sizzling plate. I ordered the chicken and hamburger curry sizzling plate, and the hamburger looked disappointing. The taste wasn't terrible, just average. It's an okay spot for lunch if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. Reserva una mesa ahora

The wait was lengthy and the meat portions were small. I could hardly taste the chicken in the rice. The staff was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed by the rush of customers, so I must give them credit. However, I would not recommend this place, as there are many other unique dining options available.

This is my favorite place for Korean BBQ when I'm in the mood for meat. Make sure to cook your food thoroughly before it stops sizzling to avoid any raw meat. Parking is available in the back, but it can be a bit tricky to find and may require some walking.

The food was delicious, and it was entertaining to pour the curry and see it sizzle. I would definitely come back to try more of their menu options.
