Much different than I remember. The hostess greeted us in jeans, and a long sleeve tee shirt. Her personality was outstanding but was hard getting over her appearance. The restaurant had a septic smell that got worse the closer to the back of the house you got. Calamari was tough, small bowl of rigatoni was $33. I don’t know if it has changed hands, but things seam to be slipping. Has been our go to for Bushnell nights for over 30 years.
Had early dinner here before a show at the Bushnell. The restaurant opens on Sundays only on theater days, so the wait staff knows that people need to get to the show. The food is delicious, service was good, however, they were a little short staffed. The tables are very close together, and the noise level is rather high. Overall, we had an enjoyable meal, and plan to return again.
This is my third time at Peppercorns, I had the veal chop for my main and my wife had the Summer Papadele. We had a nice Italian bottle of wine and I felt like I was dining in a little Italy. Ada was my server and she did an amazing job. I will go back to Peppercorn again! Thank you for everything!
Excellent food and pleasant service. I’m always a little surprised by restaurant prices these days, but compared to others, this was very good value. We had a variety of items ranging from Italian standards to simple grilled fish, and all were top notch. Reserva una mesa ahora
The proximity to The Bushnell is a great plus. I find the salads apps to be a bit pricey for the portion size, but the entrees are more competitively priced. However, the food is always good. And again, it has the location, location, location!
This is a great spot for dinner before a show. My veal was perfect. We were a little disappointed that they ran out of lobster, but my wife substituted shrimp and her meal was great as well.
This was my first time at Peppercorne. The food was delicious and the service amazing and very respectful. I will definitely go back to Pepercorne again!
