My husband and I went here for some ice cream on a hot day. He got a large milkshake and I decided to get a banana split. It took quite a while and we were in the drive through but figured they could be busy inside. The guy at the window didn 't listen to the order well. He handed us a medium shake and a take out food container. My husband asked if this was large as it 's posted large are 32 oz and this was not. Oh a large the guy says and we pass the milkshake back to have the large made. While that 's being done I open the box containing the banana split . The container was given upside down and the mess inside was a sloppy puddle of ice cream with a sliced banana and a few toppings. I spe...
Am I expected to check my order before leaving? I've worked across the street from them for six months but have never dined there before, and after this experience, I certainly won’t again. It's ironic because I've been selling cars for 28 years, and if a customer has an issue weeks or even months after purchase, we always make it right. But it seems Peppermint Stick doesn't feel the same way about a simple burger. I won't be returning!
Great original drive- in that we go to when we visit Yakima! Amazing food and shakes. We did find it odd that with all the rock and roll music memorabilia on the walls, including local celebrities Gary Pucket and the Union Gap, there wasn't any music of any kind playing in the restaurant either time we have visited in the last 6 months. Definitely will be back though.
This is an old fashioned typed drive thru and small dine in with burgers, fries, hot dogs, etc. I stopped through with a colleague to try their huckleberry shake and it was so good! I also ordered a small fry and it was also great...they were crispy on the outside and tasted like they were made in some kind of seasoning. Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff here are fantastic, and the food is exceptional! If you're in the mood for something spicy, their spicy hamburgers are a must-try. The milkshakes are amazing, and you can create your own flavor combinations. The onion rings are delicious, and the fry sauce is also very good. Highly recommended!
I visited the drive-thru with my boyfriend, and unfortunately, we were completely overlooked by the staff. They didn’t acknowledge us at all and started taking orders from the cars behind us. This occurred on August 25, 2024, around 4:00 PM. I would like to know why we were ignored.
