Meet my mom there for breakfast. When server finally took our order, it was a while before the food showed up(they were not busy when we ordered) server dropped food off and we never saw her again till she dropped check off. She asked how everything was and I told her it would have been good if it was hot when it was delivered. She had a dumbfounded look on her face and walked away. Went up to pay and told cashier food was cold and service was bad She said she would tell manager, instead of going to get manager. Not a sorry from server or cashier. Worst food we have had in a long time. Don’t get me wrong, I had worked in the food industry for over 20 years and this was not to treat customers...

We waited nearly 10 minutes to be seated. We got seated and our order was taken. Food was good. Service was terrible. We saw our waitress when she delivered our food and when she gave us our check. We were wanting dessert but had to flag her down since she didn’t offer it. We ordered our dessert and it was brought in to go containers felt like they just wanted us to leave. The outside of the building offered free pie on Mondays but my mom was charged for her pie. She asked about it and was told they weren’t doing it today they had something else going on for Memorial Day but didn’t state it anywhere to let people know pie would not be free on this particular Monday.

We arrived and ordered our food and drink, and then sat for 20 minutes until finally we had to ask our waitress for our drinks. She brought our food out a few minutes later, which was cold, and when telling our waitress our food was cold her response was, “sorry.” She did not offer to fix it. We also did not receive all of the items we ordered, and again had to ask our waitress. She was not apologetic, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant.

I am always amazed at managers of restaurants that are completely clueless and disrespectful of their employees. A huge Nascar weekend and they have 1 server, 1 host , and not sure how many cooks. Ridiculous to do that. Our server was gracious and did everything she could, but seriously, how much business did you miss out on because they could not keep up. Nice way to burn out good employees. DO NOT COME HERE! They refuse to close when they had NO ACCESS to bathrooms, there was an ACTIVE FIRE and stayed open, NO HEAT IN THE BUILDING AT ALL and made workers wear COATS in the kitchen but REFUSED TO CLOSE! The workers had to clean up A PIPE BURST MESS due to no heat. They do not care at all about the employees or customers! Talk about lack of customer service!

My food was wrong, had to wait for them to remake it, and they didn’t even tell me I’d be waiting I heard them kitchen talk about my dish being wrong in the back. Wait is usually bad. Food was rushed and burnt

Food was good, service was a little slow and it was right after a Sunday afternoon rush. When we were seated there were many tables that needed bused.

We were told there was a new manager. The food was excellent. Chocolate chip cookies were awesome! Good service Reserva una mesa ahora

Had a great breakfast with my friend on a rainy Iowa day. Server was very nice as well.
