Initially, my wife made a reservation through their system, but oddly, she couldn't find the confirmation and it seemed like they hadn't recorded it either. Not a huge issue, though; it just meant we couldn't sit outside, so we opted for seats at the bar instead.
Our bartender, Michael, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making our evening truly enjoyable. He crafted a fantastic Aviation cocktail, and I was pleased to see they stocked violet liqueur. Michael also assisted us in choosing a lovely Albariño wine to complement our meal.

I ordered the lobster roll, which consisted of an oily piece of toast filled with dry lobster meat and a small side of fries. There was a distinct lack of presentation, and I could barely taste any lemon, celery, or chives—essentially, nothing that would elevate it to the level of a true lobster roll. Once again, it felt more like something you'd find at a bar.
The service was friendly but laid-back and casual, which didn't match the high prices on the menu. The staff seemed to be more focused on socializing than attending to customers. I wouldn’t mind this atmosphere if the food were half the price.

I came in the afternoon to grab a drink and something quick to eat. The guy behind the bar was a little rough around the edges. As soon as I ordered a drink and a salad he took the menu away as if he was in a hurry. He took his time with the drink I ordered and it was pretty good ?. There were only a couple of people at the restaurant around 3pm. The salad was okay and well presented. I wanted to order a second drink but I felt like this guy just wanted me out of there and when I said that I didn't want desert he quickly presented me with the check. I really wanted a second drink but he was very quick to present me with the bill even though the restaurant was pretty much empty at that time....
We had dinner last night at Pescadero. It was a busy Friday evening so we expected it would take awhile, however our waiter took our order and then disappeared for over 40+ minutes. It would have been better to stop by our table to let us know we hadn't been forgotten and ask if we wanted anything in the meantime as we likely would have ordered an appetizer. However, a host did stop by and took note and was kind enough to stop by several times after to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. The food was great and that combined the hosts concern with our satisfaction has convinced us to give Pescadero another try. Happy to have a good seafood restaurant in the area.

Wow, impressed. Outdoor dinning, delicious and fresh food and the service was amazing thank you Tess! She did a fantastic job presenting the specials and knew a lot about all the dishes we asked about.The woodfire grill makes the fish taste exponentially better. I had the white fish and my husband said it was the best out of the 4 entries our table had.The French fries were also fresh and tasted amazing. Same with the fish and chips entree.
Have you ever tried clam chowder? If not, you need to experience this one! It’s homemade and absolutely fantastic. If you love clam chowder, you’ll adore this version, but be sure to order the bowl—trust me, the cup won't be enough! The mussels are also incredibly tasty; you'll want to savor the broth like a soup. This place excels in seafood and hospitality, and dipping your bread into the broth is a must—it’s just so delicious!
The food here is decent, and the server was friendly! I came for a family birthday dinner and ordered the lobster roll, but it had too much mayo for my liking; I generally prefer it with more butter. The Caesar salad was good, although I found the grilled salmon to be lacking in flavor.
Excellent atmosphere, wait staff, management, and most importantly, the food! Presentation was beautiful, and choosing from a seafood-inspired brunch menu was nice for a change! 10/10 recommend Pescadero for a quaint, yet high-quality dining experience.

The food, atmosphere, and service were all fantastic! We enjoyed the oysters, fish tacos, Parmesan-crusted whitefish, and ahi tuna. Everything was incredible!
Pescadero is a cute local spot to grab lunch or dinner! I recommend the clam chowder and fish chips. They also have a nice outdoor patio for summer dining.
