I am extremely pleased to have discovered this restaurant. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We started with the Petali, which are delicious pan-fried, breaded zucchini pieces served with a creamy marinara sauce for dipping. For our main course, we ordered two pasta bread bowls: one filled with spaghetti and meatballs in a savory meat sauce mixed with pesto, and the other featuring fettuccine Alfredo with meatballs. My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Petali. We ordered pasta bowls and cannoli, and everything was delectable! I chose the campanelle with aglio e olio sauce, while my husband went with the penne and classic red sauce. The pasta was superb, and the bread bowls added a lovely touch. It was our first time trying cannoli, and we were completely enamored—it was crispy and filled with sweet cream. The service was exceptional as well! I asked for mine without pepper, and they were happy to accommodate me since they prepare everything fresh without any pre-packaged ingredients. Support local family businesses! I had a wonderful dining experience with terrific service. I ordered the eggplant parmesan along with a side salad (they offer two sizes for each), while my friend had the flatbread pizza. The eggplant parmesan was delicious, and the flatbread is great if you're not super hungry; otherwise, you'll want a side to make it more filling. The restaurant also has clean restrooms, self-serve drinks, desserts, a large parking lot, and both indoor and outdoor dining options.
Incredible pasta bowls with a truly unique concept. We tried both the pink sauce and the red sauce, and they were fantastic. The fresh pasta is made to order, allowing you to customize the spice level, cheese, and more to your liking. The owner and staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back every time we visit Sacramento. Don’t miss the Caramel Chocolate gelato—it’s a must! Thank you so much! A definite must-visit!

Amazing amazing pasta bowls. Very unique concept. We got the pink sauce and red sauce. They?re both amazing. They make fresh pasta so you can customize your spice level/cheese anything you want. The owner and the employee working here are both extremelynice and friendly people. Would definitely stop here everytime we?re in Sacramento. Today, we attended Family and Friends Night at Petali, and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was charming, and I chose to try the lasagna, which was simply fantastic—so delicious! I'm really excited that they're in Rancho! It's great to have such a fantastic option close by. I always order the bread bowls with pink sauce and meatballs, and everything is delicious—you can definitely tell it's homemade and fresh. The service is excellent, and I can't wait to try the soups!
I ordered the lasagna and the pan-fried zucchini. Both dishes were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the flavor of the sauce on the lasagna. I will definitely be returning.
